Flat Fee MLS Listing

A flat fee MLS listing puts your Florida home on the same Multiple Listing Service that Realtors® use, for one low, one-time fee instead of a 2–3% listing commission. Your listing is posted under our licensed broker and looks exactly like every other listing on the MLS.

What you get

  • A local MLS listing reviewed and posted by our licensed Florida brokerage
  • Syndication to Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, RealEstate.com and other top websites
  • Up to 15, 50 or 100 MLS photos depending on your plan
  • A showing appointment platform and online offers
  • Listing updates and changes, plus customer service Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Expedited listing on Gold and Platinum: live within 1 business day of receiving all required information

Plans start at $99 for a 3-month Silver listing. Compare all plans.

How to List Your Home on the MLS

Getting your Florida home on the MLS with a flat fee listing takes four steps.

1. Choose your plan

Pick Silver, Gold or Platinum based on the listing term, number of photos and support you want.

2. Complete the questionnaire

Enter your property details and upload your photos in our customer portal.

3. Review and approve

We return your listing synopsis for review, usually within 1 business day for expedited plans.

4. Go live

Once approved, your listing goes active on the MLS and syndicates to the major real estate websites.

Flat Fee MLS Listing FAQ

Is this the same MLS other agents use?

Yes! Your listing is added to the local MLS and looks the same as every other listing. The format is standard for all listings within MLS.

Will my listing appear anywhere other than MLS?

Yes! Besides the MLS, your home will appear on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, RealEstate.com, local real estate brokerage websites that display MLS listings, and all of the major brokerages that feed directly from MLS.

Please note: we cannot guarantee that your listing will show up on every site, as some websites are slow, stop syndicating or have occasional technical issues.

What are the details of the expedited listing policy?

Flat Fee MLS Realty will return the listing to you for review within 1 business day of receiving the completed listing forms. This time does not include holidays. If additional information is needed to verify property ownership or complete missing required MLS fields, the expedited listing time starts once the missing information is provided. The listing synopsis is returned to you for review and approval before the listing goes active on MLS.

How long will my listing be on MLS?

The Silver plan has a listing term of 3 months and the Gold plan 6 months. On the Platinum plan the listing term is unlimited. To extend your listing term, please contact our office; an additional fee may apply.
