Stephen Hachey, Owner/Broker

Stephen Hachey is the Owner and Broker of Flat Fee MLS Realty and a Florida-licensed real estate attorney with more than 20 years of experience in real estate, law and finance. He has been involved in thousands of Florida real estate transactions, and his production has been independently recognized by RealTrends Verified, which ranked him among the leading real estate professionals in Florida and nationally based on verified transaction sides and sales volume.

Through Flat Fee MLS Realty, Stephen helps Florida homeowners list and sell their properties through the MLS while keeping control of the sale and avoiding traditional listing commissions.

Stephen earned his Florida law license in 2005 and founded the Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey, P.A., where his practice focuses on Florida real estate law. Before practicing law and real estate, he worked in tax consulting as a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Florida-licensed real estate instructor, a member of The Florida Bar and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and he still oversees the brokerage operations of Flat Fee MLS Realty.
